For CBSE schools

A workspace built around the CBSE rulebook.

Periodic Tests, Internal Assessment, the Holistic Progress Card and CGPA — for Classes 1–12, with the full CBSE assessment workflow live for IX–XII.

Built for CBSE, not retrofitted to it

Most school software begins as a generic ERP and grows a CBSE template on top. Relearns starts the other way around. The data model knows about Periodic Tests (PT), Internal Assessment (IA), the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) and CGPA from day one — because those are the artefacts a CBSE teacher actually produces week after week.

Subject lists are seeded from the official CBSE 2026–27 curriculum workbook, so the subjects your school offers — including stream-specific ones in XI–XII — are already there. The two-board-exam structure for Classes 9–12 is represented natively. Streams (Science, Commerce, Humanities) are first-class, including section-level stream splits.

What a principal, teacher, student and parent each see

One product, four very different days. The principal sees academic health across grades and sections and spots classes that need support. The teacher sees PT entry with co-teacher reconciliation, IA and competency heatmaps, and a way to reuse last term’s best material in two clicks. The student sees their day, their assignments and a calm place to ask doubts. The parent gets a weekly digest instead of a WhatsApp firehose.

HPC reports without the second spreadsheet

The Holistic Progress Card is generated automatically from the same data that drives PT and IA. No re-entry, no parallel spreadsheet, no last-minute reconciliation the week before parent–teacher meetings.

AI that respects the teacher

Teaching material, practice papers and assessments are drafted by AI against the CBSE blueprint, but the teacher remains the author of record — every output is editable. AI grading proposes a first-pass review against the answer key; the teacher approves or overrides every mark. Nothing auto-publishes. See AI teaching material for the full workflow.

One isolated workspace per school

Every CBSE school runs on its own isolated database schema, on its own sub-domain (school.relearns.in). Cloud storage is namespaced per school. Schools never share data. See our Security & privacy page for the architecture.

CBSE FAQ

Questions CBSE schools ask us most.

Relearns covers the CBSE academic workflow end-to-end — Periodic Tests, Internal Assessment, the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) and CGPA — alongside dashboards for principals, teachers, students and parents. It is purpose-built for CBSE schools rather than a generic ERP retrofitted with a CBSE template.
